The apiary
Honey with a sense of place.
We have two hives that we keep right in our backyard in Smithfield, not far from the temple. We affectionately call them our “Temple Bees” because they forage throughout the surrounding area, including the many flowers and blossoms near the temple. Each year's honey is a little different depending on what's blooming, which gives every harvest its own unique color and character.
