This is a true preorder! Claim your Ceylon Cinnamon now at wholesale prices, and get it shipped to you when it arrives in a few months.

Ceylon Cinnamon, also known as "True Cinnamon," is warm, delicately spicy, and delicious. These are whole sticks, and range from 4-8 sticks per ounce. They are more papery and crumbly than the hard Cassia Cinnamon sticks that are readily available at grocery stores. We recommend toasting Ceylon Cinnamon sticks at 300 Degrees F for 10 minutes and letting them cool prior to grinding them and using them in any recipe that calls for ground cinnamon. This Ceylon Cinnamon is grown in Sri Lanka.

Our shipping packages only hold 25 oz. If you'd like more than 25 oz, please place an additional order. Shipping will need to be paid again on additional packages.

Grown in Madagascar, cured in the Mexican cure method (Sun Cure), V. planifolia vanilla beans are bold, powerful vanilla in flavor with a smokey sun-kissed goodness like toasted marshmallow or dark caramel. Because of their sun-cure, these are drier and more leathery on the outside, and the outside may look sun-bleached. Often referred to as "Mad Mex."
