Yakiniku Sauce

Name: Yakiniku Sauce
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic; ¼ cup Soy Sauce; 2 tablespoons Mirin; 2 ½ tablespoons granulated white sugar; 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil; 2 teaspoons Roasted Seseme Seeds

Adjust amounts for a smaller or larger batch

Cook the garlic with a small amount of olive oil and add Soy Sauce. Let cook for a minute and then add the rest of the ingreadients. Add the Seseme seeds when ready to serve.
