Mix OJ concentrate, water, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a blender. Add 7 ice cubes and crush. Pour into cups and serve with a straw. Makes one or two, depending on how much you drink. Note: For "Oscar the Grouch," add a few drops of green food coloring.
