Ingredients: 3 Beaten Eggs; ¾ cup Oil; 2 cups Brown Sugar#1#; 2 cups Grated Zucchini; 2 tablespoons Vanilla; 3 cup Whole Wheat Flour; 1 teaspoons Salt; ¾ teaspoons Nutmeg; 1 tablespoons Cinnamon; ½ teaspoons Baking Powder; 1 teaspoons Soda; 3 tablespoons Cocoa; 6 ounces Chocolate Chips; 1 ½ cup Chopped Walnuts

Notes

Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients all at once. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350°F for 1 hour. Makes about 2 medium sized loaves. Lining the loaf pans with parchment paper before baking will help the loaves to come out perfectly. Note: This doesn't taste or look like zucchini bread. A totally new treat closer to chocolate cake than a quick bread.
