Directions

1. 1Line a cookie sheet pan with foil and put butter to avoid sticking.
2. 2Combine water, sugar, corn syrup, and food coloring and bring to boil over medium heat. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
3. 3Uncover and cook on medium-high without stirring until 300° (takes about 25 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon oil. Pour into foil with butter spread and dust with Confectioners Sugar to cool completely. Break and enjoy!
